Our parcel carriers should deliver your order complete and undamaged. Before accepting delivery, please check the outer package for any damage and check the entire order for any shortages. In such cases, it is required that the proof of delivery is signed noting any damage or shortages. On the rare occasion that you do find any damages or shortages, please contact our Customer Services team by phone, web chat or e-mail.
